Global real estate services company Cushman & Wakefield announced that it exceeded its target of a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 market-based GHG emissions compared to a 2019 baseline six years ahead of schedule.
The company also procured 87% of electricity for the firm’s corporate offices from renewable sources, according to its 2024 Sustainability Report.
Cushman & Wakefield provided sustainability services for 85,126 buildings totaling over 1.18 billion square feet in 2024.
The company plans to purchase 100% renewable electricity for its corporate offices by 2030 and electrify 80% of its fleet of vehicles by 2035.
