Lagardère Travel Retail announces that its GHG emissions reduction targets were officially approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Lagardère Travel Retail announces that its GHG emissions reduction targets were officially approved by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

The company commits to reduce its direct GHG emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) 42% by 2030 from a 2024 base year and to reduce its indirect GHG emissions (Scope 3) 25% within the same timeframe.

Through its global CSR strategy PEPS (Planet. Ethics. People. Social), Lagardère Travel Retail is deploying clear, measurable and impactful actions to reduce its environmental footprint, promote ethical business practices, support its people and engage with local communities. These efforts are being rolled across the company’s own operations and in collaboration with its partners.
