Ontinue, a provider of AI-powered managed extended detection and response (MXDR) services, announced that its near-term and net-zero emissions reduction targets were officially validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
The SBTi has approved Ontinue’s near-term targets of Scopes 1 and 2 and long-term net-zero targets of Scopes 1, 2 and 3.
This validation affirms Ontinue’s climate leadership and provides transparent and precise GHG impact reporting that can help customers meet their own emissions reduction commitments.
“We are proud to join the growing list of forward-thinking companies whose climate targets have been independently validated by the SBTi,” said Geoff Haydon, CEO of Ontinue, in a statement. “Climate change is one of the most pressing challenges of our time — and businesses have a critical role to play in addressing it. This validation reflects our unwavering commitment to environmental responsibility and reinforces our broader mission to protect not just our customers, but our planet.”
With this achievement, Ontinue formally commits to reducing its GHG emissions in line with a science-based, independently verified pathway. The company’s sustainability strategy includes decarbonizing its operations, engaging suppliers and partners in climate action, and supporting innovation that advances a low-carbon future.
Ontinue will continue to report progress transparently and regularly in alignment with its commitment to climate accountability.
