Valmont Industries, a global company that provides products and solutions to support vital infrastructure and advance agricultural productivity, reduced its carbon intensity from 78.13 CO2e MT/$M revenue to 42.23 MT/$M revenue against 2018 baselines.
The company also announced a 47% reduction in normalized electricity usage of 36.0 MWh/$M revenue and a reduction in carbon intensity of combustion fuels from 7.8 CO2e MT/$M revenue to 4.2 CO2e MT/$M revenue.
Valmont also completed its Project 90/90 initiative, converting 90% of manufacturing facilities to 90% LED lighting.
The company’s progress on its 2025 sustainability targets against 2018 baselines were released in its 2025 Sustainability Report.
