Google uses AI to predict wind output

GM partners for wind energy in Michigan
General Motors announced an agreement to purchase 300,000 megawatt hours of wind energy through DTE Energy’s MIGreenPower program. The energy sourced will be enough to power 100% of GM’s global technical center in Warren and their Detroit-based operations at the Renaissance Center.

Ford signs green tariff for locally-sourced wind
Ford Motor Company will soon power several of its Michigan facilities with 100% locally sourced renewable energy. Nike signs its first PPA in Europe
Nike signed its first European clean energy deal, acquiring 40 MW of power from the Cavar wind complex in northern Spain that will be completed in 2020. The company has set a goal of having all its offices in Europe powered by renewable energy by 2020.

Texas Power Pool services include competitive procurement of utility-scale renewables and on-site solar for state agencies, higher education, cities, independent school districts, water districts, and other public entities across Texas, including cooperative and municipal utility regions.
